eCalculators is run by Russell Isaac, in Sydney. We collect as little as we can.

Calculators

The figures you type are worked out in your browser and are not sent to us. If you use "Copy link", the figures go into the link you copy, so anyone you share it with can see them, and if someone opens that link our visit counter may record the page address, including the figures.

Email signup

If you sign up, we collect your email address and the fact that you agreed, to send you the 2027-28 rates and occasional notes about new calculators. Signups are stored by our web host, Netlify, in the United States; Netlify also records the submission time and your IP address and filters spam. If we later use an email service to send emails, it may also be overseas. We don't sell your address or give it to anyone except the service providers that store and send it. We keep it, with the signup record as proof of your consent, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We act on unsubscribes within 5 business days. Every email identifies us and has an unsubscribe link. To unsubscribe, see or correct what we hold, or ask us to delete it, email hello@ecalculators.com.

Visit counts

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details to count the visit (Cloudflare privacy policy). Cloudflare processes this data outside Australia, including in the United States.
